Coach Sue Venman is a trained professional who walks side by side with you as you explore and institute powerful changes in your life.
- We begin with a two-hour Discovery session, exploring your goals, values, learning style and strengths.
- We build momentum through weekly sessions: Typically one 50-minute session or two 25-minute sessions.
- You set the agenda for your weekly sessions by identifying goals and intentions.
- Together, we brainstorm strength-based strategies to meet your desired goals, explore potential barriers that might impede your progress, and set specific, measurable outcomes. We also agree on accountability for specific actionable steps.
- Progress is maintained mid-session with email check-ins and short, "turbo coaching" calls.
