Imagine meeting weekly with a small group of people and a trained facilitator to strategize plans of action and support one another as you work through common issues, such as:
- How can I build a successful business as a solo-preneur without sacrificing my life?
- I am organizationally challenged: I need strategies to effectively manage my home and business.
- As a woman health-care practitioner, I take care of my clients, but fail to take care of myself!
- I love my spouse, but s/he has ADHD and is driving me crazy!
Whatever challenges you face, group coaching is a supportive and dynamic way to make the changes you desire in your life.
Facilitated groups meet weekly for 8 to 12 sessions. In our initial meeting, we define individual and group goals and create an environment of confidentiality and mutual support. Each session includes discussion on a topic of choice along with time for sharing successes and challenges.
